30-Day Return Policy

Return Period: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.

1. Eligibility: Item must be unworn/unused with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

5. Return Shipping Cost: All shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer. Please choose a reliable logistics provider that offers full-tracking service. After shipping, promptly send the tracking number and link to the above email for us to follow up on the delivery status. In case of loss or damage during transportation, the customer shall negotiate with the logistics provider to resolve the liability and losses.
6. Damage/Wrong Item: Inspect upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defects, damage, or wrong items.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Perishables, customized products, personal care/beauty items, hazardous materials, sale items, gift cards.
8. Exchanges: Return first, then place a new order after return approval.
9. Refunds: Refund status notified post-inspection. Refunds go to original payment method; bank/platform may take up to 14 working days.
