Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the website operated by YUN TU INC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). We reserve the right to delay processing for order verification, incorrect/missing information, or high-order volume. You will be notified via email if your order processing is delayed.

2. Shipping Partners & Destinations

We fulfill orders through our authorized logistics partners:
  • CNE Express (递一物流)
  • Guangzhou Huawei Impression Logistics (广州华威印象)
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping availability to specific regions is confirmed at checkout. For restricted areas, we will notify you and offer order cancellation/refund options.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected logistics provider. The total shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. We may offer free shipping promotions; details are announced on the website.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to logistics provider schedules: International: 7-25 business days (varies by country/region; customs clearance may extend delivery)
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other external factors.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and logistics provider link will be sent to your registered email. You can also check order status and tracking details via your account on the website.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We are not liable for customs delays or refusal to pay applicable charges.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship prohibited items (per destination country laws or logistics provider rules), including but not limited to hazardous materials, flammables, and restricted goods. Orders containing prohibited items will be canceled, and a refund (excluding any processing fees) will be issued.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change delivery addresses or cancel orders must be submitted via email (yuntuinc@qq.com) before the order is shipped. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been dispatched. For unshipped orders, we will process changes/cancellations within 1 business day.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report lost or damaged shipments to us at yuntuinc@qq.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number and relevant evidence (tracking records, photos of damage). We will coordinate with the logistics provider to investigate and resolve the issue, offering a refund, replacement, or compensation as appropriate.
